Per prima cosa imparerai qual è lo scopo della SEO, a cosa serve e perché è necessaria per far girare bene il tuo sito e farlo trovare. Scoprirai che la SEO è legata a doppia mandata a quello che fa il tuo cliente su Google: che bisogni ha, cosa digita sui motori di ricerca, come entra in contatto col tuo sito e come sceglie di rimanerci. In pratica mapperai il suo customer journey per scrivere testi accattivanti che lo intercettino nelle varie tappe del suo viaggio. Tatiana approfondisce anche come trovare e scegliere le parole chiave usate dai tuoi clienti per scrivere testi che si fanno trovare online. E come organizzare al meglio le informazioni all'interno del tuo sito (insomma: bisogna facilitare la vita al cliente più possibile!).
